After the speech, which was a combination of ecstasy and hysteria, Leiter Tusk returned to the chair between the two angels.
My travel delayed the consumption of the Parteitag and Leiter Tusk’s speech (I will not write this word on “F”, although it is actually more justified than the manager’s equivalent). And this turned out to be beneficial, because from a distance what many may have seemed menacing and hateful, at many times it becomes grotesque and even farce. The most grotesque element came towards the end, when Leiter sobbed, battling Szymon HoÅ‚ownia, who is tearing up the constitution. In Leiter’s case, it was going to be a terrible drama for the final, but it was a farce.
Leiter chose the moment to sob perfidiously, saying that “they have prepared hell for women and they will cook hell for your daughters and your granddaughters,” naming his own daughter and granddaughter. The sob was played, however, and rather cheesy, because in serious and disgusting business you can be outraged or pissed off and not act. You could see it was prepared at the end of the speech – as a method for Beata Sawicka, which is very indecent.
Normal people don’t make illustrations of their own daughter and granddaughter to send the Party Day because it is disgusting and pathetic. Equally disgusting and pathetic was the question, “What do KaczyÅ„ski, Rydzyk, JÄ™draszewski know about motherhood, fatherhood, parenthood, sex, bed, what is it?” I wonder why he didn’t mention Karol WojtyÅ‚a, Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, Immanuel Kant and especially Janusz Korczak. Well, what Korczak, who had no wife and no children of his own, might have known about “motherhood, fatherhood, parenthood, sex, bed.” Leiter’s question was so hopelessly stupid and mean we could leave it at that.
Leiter finished his speech when (himself) the wind had reached its peak – it was almost ecstasy mixed with hysteria. And he returned to the chair that had been placed between the two angels. Leiter (in a navy suit) sat between Aleksandra Gajewska, dressed in white, and Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz. Playing with the angels was complete nonsense. The same goes for the constant display (broadcast provided by the organizer) of the children of Kinga Gajewska and Arkadiusz Myrcha. Later, when Kinga Gajewska herself spoke (also Aleksandra, but without the children), she held her daughter in her arms, instead of leaving the child alone, or at least wiping his nose so that it wouldn’t lick what not is tasty. But who would care about the instrumental treatment of children there?
Virtually everyone Leiter mentioned was instrumentalized by him. Piar readings, the most primitive and embarrassing, require you to refer to specific people. Well, Leiter appealed. He mentioned Mrs Anna, née KoÅ„skie, accountant by profession, who, especially for him, razed the Polish deal to the ground. He mentioned Mr. Tomasz (he mentioned his name, but we don’t have to follow him), a peasant from Biestrzyków near WrocÅ‚aw, who made him aware of the terrible misery in the countryside, as in the days of serfdom and the peasant who held at the bottom. He called the police inspector Mariusz (the name was mentioned, but let’s spare) and two officers serving near the Seym, who discovered that the police officers were doing nothing but guarding JarosÅ‚aw KaczyÅ„ski’s house, which disrupted their service. . It disturbs all officers and distracts from their duties, that is, about 100,000.
Leiter called Mrs. Agnieszka, Basia and Marta (the names were mentioned, but …), teachers of Korczew, Mielec and Skarżysko Kamienna, who especially for him exposed the terrible misfortunes of their profession, slave labor and starvation income. And Leiter most experienced the spitting in the teachers’ faces (as in “The Day of the Freak”, when AdaÅ› MiauczyÅ„ski received his salary). Messrs Tomasz and Tomasz (the names were mentioned, but…), the owners of the aptly named “Egg” bistro in BiaÅ‚ogard, explained to Leiter that they increased their prices with great pain, but only to survive. In turn, the baker (without first and last name) from Barlinek informed Leiter that he would not be closing the bakery just because of his granddaughter, whatever that might mean.
The farce turned into a comedy in the style of the brothers Zucker and Jim Abrahams when Leiter announced that “we live in a country where you have to have the personal courage to speak in public with an opposition leader. That is why I thank those who have not been afraid to meet me in recent months.” So what, you have to wade through woods, go through sewers, confuse the next wetboys to meet Leiter? And then there are probably health trails, convoys and smoking cigarettes – preferably Cuban ones, because Leiter smokes them, so it would be double torture. In fact, meeting Leiter requires insane courage.
Courage is one thing, but first you have to survive physically. And this is a big challenge, since experts Leiter calculated that the bread will be PLN 30 per piece. And there will be no water at all. “What the hell happened to make Poland a country where the problem is water and bread?” asked Leiter dramatically. Then he explained that everything was the fault of a criminal named Adam GlapiÅ„ski, who illegally held the position of NBP president. And Leiter will throw this “man” on his broken back, without having to change the law. He will come and take all the lice and throw them away.
Finally, Leiter explained why he had called a Party Day in Radom. Well, because, just like in 1976, the government is raising prices again (as you know, the free market was liquidated). But this power will overcome it. And just like in 1976, when people took to the streets because they were tired of the expensive prices, they will now come out, and Leiter, as befits his position, will organize a street riot and lead the people to the barricades. This is because “when we look at Radom from 1976 and if we look at present-day Poland, this image is so similar that it should lead to despair.”
Leiter, the photo sparked desperation, and since he mentioned the Workers’ Defense Committee and Jacek KuroÅ„, it means he wants to do something in Radom. It is not very clear what, because he remembered KuroÅ„’s words not to burn committees, but to set up their own committees. However, this might not be effective, so he appealed to the highest authority: “Do you believe in God? You do not vote for PiS. It’s as simple as a wire. Isn’t belief in Leiter enough? And on its amazing capabilities?
The Party Day, Leiter’s speech, and the show as a whole can only compete with the new “Man Versus Bee” miniseries, in which Rowan Atkinson (better known as Mr. Bean) declared deadly war on one bee. It kept him from enjoying himself in the state-of-the-art house he had to take care of. While Leiter does not have the potential and charm of Mr. Bean, he absolutely surpasses him when it comes to coming up with crazy solutions to the simplest problems.
