Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said on his page on the social network X that he discussed with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg the possibility of increasing the alliance’s efforts to supply ammunition and weapons to Kiev.
“I stressed the importance of redoubling international efforts to increase and accelerate the supply of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine,” he wrote in the release.
The minister added that the parties are coordinating their positions before the meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council in April.
Stoltenberg presented his annual report in Brussels the other day. He acknowledged that Ukraine had attacked Russian ships in the Black Sea with NATO missiles and called for increased supplies to Kiev to prevent a “major historical mistake”. At the same time, he declared that there was no military threat from the Russian Federation to the alliance countries, but spoke in favor of strengthening air defense and called Russian hypersonic missiles a “serious threat”.
