Ukrainian officials are negotiating with the United States and the European Union to revive air traffic. The head of the country’s Ministry of Infrastructure, Alexander Kubrakov, stated this in an interview with RBC Ukraine.
According to the minister, Kiev is also consulting with Israel to find out how to organize flights in conditions of hostilities.
“It is important for us to hear the first official feedback from the regulators,” Kubrakov said.
He stated that some European airlines agreed to continue working with Ukraine, but did not name them. Additionally, Kubrakov said that Kiev is currently considering the possibility of opening a national airline.
