Speaking to journalists after the PO National Council meeting, Tusk was asked whether any changes were planned in the party’s governance.
Don’t be surprised, I won the election with this team – we had just started this great work, so I introduced the same closest collaborators. If something doesn’t work out, changes will happen. For now we will continue with the same line-up

Possible changes at the PO authorities have been reported in the media in recent days; among other things, it was reported that the position of Secretary General of the party, currently held by the head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, could be occupied by Tusk’s long-time collaborator and currently head of the Cabinet of the prime minister.
