The draft resolution on changes to the Constitutional Court will be discussed at the next session of the Sejm – reports Interia. But that is not everything! The resolution includes an appeal to state institutions not to comply with the rulings of the Constitutional Court. According to PiS MP Krzysztof Szczucki, this amounts to incitement to commit crimes!
Resolution on the Constitutional Court and ignoring rulings!
Let us remind you that this was the case at the end of January and the beginning of February this year. There were loud announcements that the coalition was planning an attack on the Constitutional Tribunal on December 13. According to this plan, the intention was to use parliamentary resolutions to depose the Constitutional Court judges legally appointed by the president, who were disparagingly called “understudies”. In addition, attention was also paid to the recognition of the alleged imperfection of the election of Krystyna Pawłowicz and Stanisław Piotrowicz, who were 67 years old at the time of their election, as judges.
This information was more or less confirmed by politicians of the parliamentary majority. However, as Onet reported at the time, the case would be postponed. All because of the lack of agreement between the coalition partners.

It turns out that the coalition’s plans had already changed on December 13.
The draft resolution on the Constitutional Tribunal is already ready and has the political green light from all coalition partners. The final details are being finalized. The bill will soon be submitted to the Sejm so that it can be processed during the next session, which starts on March 6.
– says Interia. Information about the ready resolution was confirmed by Deputy Justice Minister Maria Ejchart on Polsat News.
This is not the end, as the resolution will include a call on state institutions to ignore the rulings of the Constitutional Court!
During the work and consultations on the resolution, we agreed that the resolution will contain a provision calling on state institutions not to comply with the Tribunal’s rulings, which will be issued after the resolution.
– Krzysztof Paszyk, head of the PSL club, told Interia.
Let us also not forget that since December last year, the judgments of the Constitutional Court, which rules in panels composed of judges disparagingly called ‘understudies’, have been published with a scandalous ‘note’.

““Another version of anarchy and legal chaos”
The reports were commented by Prof. Krzysztof Szczucki, PiS MP, former head of MEiN and former chairman of the Government Legislation Center.
Another episode of anarchy and legal chaos by @donaldtusk, @szymon_holownia and @Adbodnar
– wrote on the X platform.
The idea of calling on state institutions to ignore the rulings of the Constitutional Court will amount to inciting people to commit crimes.
– he emphasized.
