Swedish Prime Minister appreciated the decision of the Hungarian Parliament regarding Stockholm’s application to NATO 19:17

Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson described February 26 as a historic day as Hungary approved Stockholm’s application to join NATO. This was reported by Reuters.

Kristersson said Sweden is ready to take responsibility in NATO.

On Monday, February 26, Hungary became the latest NATO member to confirm Sweden’s bid to join the alliance in 2022.

188 members of the Hungarian Parliament in the final vote spoke because six of them opposed it and four deputies did not vote.
