Senators agreed to limit debate on the bill to 30 hours. The project envisages allocating $95 billion in financial aid, $60.06 billion to Ukraine and $14.1 billion to Israel. 66 senators voted for it, 33 opposed it. It is stated that the final vote may be held on Wednesday.
