“The work is ongoing, in fact, it is ongoing, both among representatives of parliamentary clubs and among experts, and we are trying to approach this topic holistically” – this is what Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha said about the planned “changes” in the Constitutional Court in the program “Graffiti” (Polsat News).
On the one hand, there are resolutions of the Sejm, but we are also working on a law that would also re-regulate the functioning of the Constitutional Court in general, and it seems that these changes to the Constitution were aimed at the so-called constitutional reset seems very justified, because the situation at the Constitutional Court no longer seems to be resolved in a traditional manner
– said a politician from the Civic Coalition.

I think it’s a matter of a few to ten days. This work is actually nearing completion. The case is quite complicated, there will probably be a number of different types of questions, so you should be prepared for each of them
– added.
As Deputy Minister Myrcha noted, “the matter is complicated.” But why hide and use the word ‘changes’? Perhaps Civic Platform politicians should openly admit to the attempted attack on the Constitutional Tribunal? After all, Minister Sienkiewicz has already cleared the way for them by storming the public media.
