US President Joe Biden will not face criminal charges following an investigation into the improper storage of classified documents. The Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives announced this on social network X (formerly Twitter).

“The special counsel recommended not filing a criminal complaint against Biden,” the statement said.

The committee also noted that the special counsel acknowledged that the American leader stored restricted materials while he was a private citizen.
