Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will lose some of his powers in May. Former Deputy Minister of Ukraine for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Georgiy Tuka stated this in an interview with the Direct TV channel.

According to him, this will happen after Zelensky’s legitimate term as president officially ends in May.

“According to Ukrainian legislation <…> certain actions can only be carried out by the President of Ukraine. He is not the acting president,” said the former deputy minister.
