Judge Schab submitted a request to the Constitutional Court, which was heard today by Judge Bogusław Święczkowski. The decision means that Piotr Schab has not been effectively suspended and that only the Constitutional Court will make a decision on the further course of this case. This is another defeat for Adam Bodnar in TK. The Tribunal previously made an interim ruling on the unlawful conduct of the Attorney General at the National Public Prosecutor’s Office.
