Bodnar is breaking the law
Today the PiS club submitted a report about the possibility of committing a crime by the Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar.
We deeply believe that these are very significant violations of the law in force in Poland
– said Mariusz Błaszczak, head of the club, at a press conference. As he emphasized, the main reason for the report is the illegal attempt to dismiss the National Prosecution Service and the appointment of prosecutors to the National Prosecution Service, even against the law, and this is “the destruction of the legal system in Poland.”
Bodnar mentions the restoration of the dignity of the prosecutors demoted by Zbigniew Ziobro. Those whose dignity should be restored by being appointed to a position at the National Public Prosecution Service include: Krzysztof Karsznicki and Anna Adamiak, dismissed by former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro in connection with the case of transfer to Minsk in 2011 – in response at the request of local authorities for legal assistance – data of Belarusian oppositionists, including the Nobel Peace Prize winner Ales Bialatsky, sentenced to many years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
Adam Bodnar is also accused of his inaction in the face of the illegal actions of his colleagues from the government of Tusk, Sienkiewicz and Kierwiński, who, in flagrant violation of the law, attacked the public media. As did the way he and the prison services treated Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik, who were held until the last moments of their release despite repeated presidential pardons.
