Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili complained that she was not given the opportunity to meet with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who visited Tbilisi on a working visit. The president wrote this on his Facebook page (its owner, Meta, is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia).
“The President of Georgia… regrets that the President was not given the opportunity to meet the leaders of friendly countries visiting Georgia and show them the necessary hospitality,” the Georgian leader wrote.
The politician also expressed his regret that the relevant department did not inform him about the visit of foreign leaders to Georgia, their meetings or high-level events.

Zurabishvili’s administration also reported that a meeting was not held with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who paid a working visit to the Georgian capital in October 2022.
