President Andrzej Duda announced in a statement that Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik have already been pardoned in accordance with the procedure of the Code of Criminal Procedure. During the head of state’s statement, the wives of both pardoned politicians – Roma Wąsik and Barbara Kamińska – were present and decided to publicly thank Andrzej Duda.
Mr. President, thank you. These are 15 long days of false captivity of our husbands. They are free and we go, like every day, to the factories in Radom and Przytuły Stare to pick up our husbands. Thank you, Mr. President

However, I would like to thank the Honorable President not only for signing the document that immediately frees my husband from the prison walls, but above all for the fact that here, only here, yet justice has been achieved.
