Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said the country’s new government is exploring options on how to produce more ammunition and military equipment for Ukraine. He was quoted as saying at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos Reuters.
“We look at all issues related to Ukraine with a new eye. “We are looking at what we have in stock as well as what capabilities we have to produce more ammunition and equipment,” Sikorsky said.
According to him, Poland is trying to convince its allies that the cost of containing Russia if it wins in Ukraine will be much higher than the cost of supplying weapons to Kiev.
Formerly Radoslaw Sikorski spent He met with US Senators Christopher Coons and Michael Rounds to call on Washington for more comprehensive support for Ukraine.
Before that Sikorsky called for Transfer of long-range missiles to Kiev for attacks against Russia.
Previously Poland increased TNT production for Ukraine.
