This is what a regime looks like. A powerless citizen, discredited opposition and total impunity of the authorities. The more courageously Tusk’s government takes over new areas of state life, the more applause it receives in Berlin and Brussels. The continued deconstruction of the state is incredibly weakening Poland, at a time when everyone in the area is closing ranks and preparing for another Russian attack. Even the Germans know this. Maybe that’s why they’re trying to weaken Poland even further?
The violent condition of Tusk
If in the country of Tusk it is possible to turn off the public television signal, liquidate regional media, destroy the mandates of democratically elected parliamentarians, raid the presidential palace with the police in the absence of the president, put parliamentarians in prison to put and, contrary to the decisions of the President, the Head of State, keep them there by force; if it is possible to nullify the position of the National Prosecutor and replace him with a discretionary party candidate, change the legal order through resolutions and ignore the admonitions of constitutionalists, then we are dealing with a system that is frighteningly undemocratic and contrary to Poland’s interests. The state has been taken over by forces whose intentions are inconsistent with the national interest, the well-being of its citizens and the security of the country, which is under serious threat. The attack on the president, supported by Germany and Brussels, deepens this destabilization in an alarming manner.
Relativization and discretionary law
Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik are – in the eyes of the law – still members of parliamenttheir parliamentary mandates granted by citizens in democratic elections did not expire, and the chairman of the Sejm had no right to decide to declare them invalid. This was confirmed by the Extraordinary Audit Chamber of the Supreme Court. This has been affirmed many times by constitutionalists and even by the first president of the Supreme Court himself. Moreover, in light of the hunger strike of the imprisoned PiS MPs and the clemency requests of their wives, President Andrzej Duda decided to initiate the pardon proceedings, while at the same time recalling that his 2015 pardon remains in force. But absolutely none of these arguments appeal to the people of Tusk. For them there is neither law nor rule of law. Even the categories of common decency do not apply. They adopted the doctrine of discretionary power, which punished omnipotence.

Contempt for authority
What is most striking is the contempt for anything conservative. Donald Tusk has never hidden this contempt for Law and Justice voters. Today he claims they are a problem for him. He doesn’t seem to notice their outrage, voices of opposition and even strong protests. Yet more than 7.5 million Poles voted for PiS – the party that won the largest number of votes. Tusk only took power because he formed an anti-PiS coalition. Today we can see to what extent he has subordinated his coalition partners. Just like the country, which is increasingly in disarray. It is not without reason that the trusted people of Tusk have taken over the ministries of violence. Moreover, even the Ministry of Culture, led by Colonel, became the Ministry of Power. Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz. He demonstrated his attitude towards Poland very clearly today in the Sejm, when he was the only one sitting ostentatiously as the national anthem was sung.
Applause from Berlin and Brussels
What was beyond the political imagination of his predecessors has become daily reality under the rule of the ’13 December coalition’. The arrogance of this power is unparalleled. At most it could compete with Jaruzelski’s junta. But even the most serious anti-democratic actions and violations of the rule of law are not met with the slightest word of criticism by the defenders of justice and freedom. On the contrary! Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar are praised by Germans and EU dignitaries. Only President Andrzej Duda takes the hit. The level of this attack is disgustingly brutal. Today the German ‘Bild’ writes in a scandalous text that ‘the president is attacking the elected government’ and ‘he has illegally pardoned his criminal colleagues’. In turn, “Der Spiegel” praises Adam Bodnar, in whom great hopes are placed for the restoration of the rule of law in Poland. There is also no response in Brussels to the illegal detention of PiS MPs. No one even raises humanitarian issues, even though Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik have continued their hunger protest for seven days. All this confirms that Brussels was never about the rule of law. The idea was to make Poland absolutely subordinate and to include us in the new, transformed EU structures led by Berlin.
The usurpation of Poland
There are many foreign factors and external forces behind the change of power. It is difficult to resist the impression that Poland is a testing ground. We are tested and checked to what extent we can push the boundaries, how we can change the political systems of countries and what cards we can play to subordinate them to external factors. Stunned by this daily violation of the law, we fall into a stupor. Some people find it hard to believe that the country can be destabilized in a month so far. And the threats are increasing. The Baltic states are arming themselves, Sweden is warning its citizens of Russia’s impending attack, and Germany is predicting that Russia will attack NATO’s eastern flank by mid-year. A confidential Defense Ministry document shows that the Bundeswehr is already preparing for Putin’s attack. It also includes scenarios of hybrid attacks on NATO countries, including: internal unrest, fueling confusion and creating distrust. This is a permanent part of the Russian hybrid war, aimed at destabilizing the situation in the conquered countries. In Poland, however, the extreme destabilization is caused by official factors: the democratically elected government, which is held in a sense of impunity by Brussels and Berlin. This destructive machine is accelerating to such an extent that further attacks can be expected: on the Constitutional Tribunal, on the National Bank of Poland and on the President. And all this in the name of restoring the so-called “law and order” that Tusk’s government is demonstrating using social engineering techniques employed over the years. It is time to realize that we are dealing with a revolution and then respond skillfully: resolutely, but calmly. Because many people are certainly counting on the possibility of violence, which would be used to further weaken PiS.
