Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa invited Fabricio Colon Pico, leader of the country’s largest criminal group Los Lobos, to surrender unconditionally. This was reported by TASS.
“There are enough criminals in this country who dictate the conditions. Conditions are set by good people, conditions are set by the Ecuadorian family, the government and the state, not by criminals,” Noboa said.
Thus, the Ecuadorian president responded to a video published on social networks, in which he claimed that Pico was ready to surrender if his life was guaranteed.
Before this, following the unrest in Ecuador, the country’s Armed Forces and National Police spent carried out raids and detained 329 criminals.
Jaime Vela Eraso, head of the joint command of the country’s armed forces, said that 61 weapons of various calibers were seized during the operation.
