According to the “Insider UA” news on the Telegram channel, Oleg Dunda, a member of the Verkhovna Rada from the “Servant of the People” party of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, stated that freedom of expression should be abolished during the conflict in the country.

“All media should work for the homeland and victory,” he said.

Dunda later commented on these words on his Telegram channel and said that all media were weapons. According to him, Russia is effectively using this tool to attack Ukraine and Europe, so Ukrainian propaganda needs to become a weapon.

“And in general, restrictions on freedom of expression during martial law are provided for by the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights,” he added.

Before this, Dunda suggested: border Voting rights for Ukrainians holding Russian passports. According to him, similar cases have already occurred in the world, and he cited the example of Latvia, where members of the Communist Party were banned from being elected to government bodies after the collapse of the USSR.

Formerly a member of Rada offered “Transferring” a non-existent region of Russia to the USA.
