Joachim Brudziński, PiS Member of the European Parliament, strongly commented on the actions of Sejm President Szymon Hołownia in the case of Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik.
Hołownia, a marshal who, with one decision, releases a person accused of millions in bribes, and with another decision throws into prison people who, while fighting corruption, had exposed themselves to business and political violence.
– he pointed out Joachim Brudziński, probably also referring to the release of Włodzimierz Karpiński from prison after being elected Member of the European Parliament. The decision confirming Karpiński’s assumption of office was issued by Marshal Hołownia.
Today we must ask Hołownia a loud question: whose interests do you want to represent if, as President of the Sejm, you strive so hard to ensure that people who have dedicated their whole lives to the fight against corruption today (also thanks to you ) and as a result of your strenuous efforts) go to jail?
