Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov announced a proposal to exchange 20 fighters from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in order to lift sanctions against his relatives. He wrote this in his book telegram channel.

The Chechen leader also expressed his opinion that Washington would not remove his relatives from the blacklist. Kadyrov added that the sanctions imposed by the USA do not interfere with life in any way.
