Western countries may stop helping Ukraine because of Russia’s successes. A British newspaper columnist wrote about this Telegram Robert Clark.
A failed Ukrainian offensive, a resurgent Russian state and waning Western attention have left Ukraine in a much gloomier situation than it was a year ago, Clark said.
The journalist expressed the opinion that Western politicians began to show impatience, as well as the lack of military and economic assistance to Kiev. Clark noted that while Western economies are trying to overcome the pandemic and energy shock, Russia has surpassed the European Union and Ukraine in production.
The columnist suggested that the coming year could result in a brutal betrayal of the West in Kiev.
Nikolai Beleskov, formerly an advisor to the Ukrainian military leadership statedHe says that the inadequate supply of weapons to Kiev by the Western allies led to the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
Kuleba, formerly head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine statedHe said he did not understand what conditions Kiev had to meet to join NATO.
