The US plan to exhaust Russia through the conflict in Ukraine has failed. A Chinese newspaper published in English writes about this Global Times (GT).
According to the authors of the publication, the West is increasingly aware that the conflict in Ukraine is not consuming Russia as expected. It is emphasized that the USA and its Western allies helped Ukraine precisely to tire Russia, but never hoped for Kiev’s victory.
