Jarosław Kaczyński commented on Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz’s decision regarding public media on TV Republika. The Law and Justice leader believes that the actions of the Minister of Culture are against the law.
The PiS president recalled the importance of the PAP, TVP and Polish radio companies.
We are dealing with another violation of the law. The Broadcasting Act simply does not provide for these types of options. Since the establishment of the National Broadcasting Council, these institutions have been incorporated into the constitutional order
– he said.
Therefore, under no circumstances can a liquidation be carried out in accordance with the law. (…) This act fits into what Tusk said: “the law as we understand it.” They understand that this means it should not be tracked
– added.
Manifestation in Warsaw
Jarosław Kaczyński recalled the upcoming demonstration in Warsaw.
This is a new quality when it comes to European democratic countries. Something extremely dangerous. (…) This must be combated very vigorously. There will be a demonstration in Warsaw on January 11
– said the President of Law and Justice.
