MP for Law and Justice Paweł Jabłoński commented on the shocking content about the “PiS Law” and its alleged non-binding content, posted on the website Oko.press, on Platform X.
Former Deputy Foreign Minister Paweł Jabłoński posted on social media a quote from a publication on the website Oko.press in which the lawyers of Prof. Aleksander Kappes and Prof. Tomasz Siemiątkowski expressed their shocking interpretation of the law. They stated that the regulations on public media, which were introduced during the rule of law regime, cannot be violated because they do not apply at all. Instead, they called it the ‘PiS law’ and declared that there is no law as such in this regard.
The law is PiS law. There is no law. Authors: Prof. Aleksander Kappes and Prof. Tomasz Siemiątkowski. We write it down – the time will come when we will remember it
– wrote MP Paweł Jabłoński on Platform X.
Oko.press experts appear to adhere to the principles of violence and tribalism when expressing such opinions publicly. Anything not executed by their environment is invalid and should be ignored. And apparently the law doesn’t apply retroactively…
