It is already known that Donald Tusk has left the most culturally and culturally sensitive ministries of the progressive left.
In that sense it is a decidedly left-wing government and there is no doubt that it will soon start a brutal culture war with Poland. Is Poland facing a deep cultural and anthropological revolution, like the one carried out twenty years ago by Spain’s left-wing Prime Minister Jose Luis Zapatero, which is changing virtually all moral norms of Catholic society? Spain has not yet recovered from this.

These are some of the key areas where Tusk’s government will launch its sharpest attack on what Poland represents today.
EDUCATION
The Ministry of Education was entrusted to Barbara Nowacka, a politician who has been fighting for “progressive” values such as “reproductive rights”, homosexual rights and permissive sex education for several years on left-wing party and non-governmental platforms. At the same time, Dariusz Wieczorek of the New Left became Minister of Science. The education of children and the world of science are therefore left to leftist ideologies and their imposition in institutions. Nowacka has already scandalously fired curator Barbara Nowak, insulting her and her approach to education. She also announced a reduction in religious instruction in schools, although it is unclear how she will do this as the Concordat clearly defined the number of hours. Everything indicates that tradition will be pushed out of schools, and that tolerant sex education, gender and LGBT ideology will come in even more strongly.
At the same time, negative phenomena such as cancel culture and woke will intensify in science and universities, which are already dominated by the left-wing narrative. They are already there, as evidenced by the story of biologist Łukasz Sakowski, who was banned from performing by the University of Silesia under pressure from trans activists. And while state institutions were previously supposed to remedy this restriction of freedom of expression in some way, they will no longer do so.
FIGHT AGAINST THE CHURCH
The whole world has already seen a photo of Agnieszka Dziemanowicz Bąk, Minister of Family, Social Policy and Labor, in which she is wearing a shirt and a girl is covering herself with an umbrella from the rain of crosses. This is a clear anti-Catholic message that is not only her program, but that of the entire government. Let us not forget that the Minister of Equality, Katarzyna Kotula, was one of the main organizers of pro-abortion protests, during which churches were also attacked.
Anyone who wants to profoundly change Poland will not be able to do so without limiting the influence of Catholicism, which is an essential part of the Polish character.
In addition to the attack on religious education already mentioned, it is quite certain that the mainstream media will create an atmosphere in which they will attempt to completely silence the Church. When bishops and faithful speak of the truths of the Gospel, this will be interpreted as “interference in politics.”
ABORTION
Whether some people like it or not, this will be the main point of the culture war that awaits Poland. We have pro-abortion activists in government, like Kotula, who have been given a mandate by Tusk to do everything in their power to ensure that the killing of the unborn becomes normal in Poland.
At the same time, they have a coalition partner who will serve as a ‘fig leaf’ for Catholics and who will give this pro-abortion political machine a slightly more acceptable appearance.
We are of course talking about the Third Way and especially about Marshal Szymon Hołownia, a man who enjoys the support of a smaller, but therefore influential part of the Church.
His job is to present the deeply anti-Catholic nature of this government as something acceptable that some believers can identify with. The same applies in the case of abortion and in the case of the marginalization of the Church, a process we discussed earlier.
LGBT IDEOLOGY
The legalization of civil partnerships, which is coming soon, and the emphasis on women’s rights are just the beginning. It is absolutely clear that LGBT and gender ideology enters Polish institutions through a large door, just like all the negativity that the West has already fallen deeply into.
The process of destroying the classical understanding of civil liberties and transforming it into ‘gender equality’, where inclusivity begins to turn into dictatorship, a woke ideology that will dominate the cultural and scientific scene – all this could become a common phenomenon in Poland.
The greatest danger comes from the trans ideology. The West is currently considering policies that have led to the mutilation of children through gender reassignment surgery and the administration of puberty blockers to minors to change their gender. This policy is only gaining momentum in Poland, but its supporters are at or near the apex of political power.
