†It is in Moscow’s interest that as many politicians as possible speak the language we heard in MEP Róża Thun’s speech – in German, said Patryk Jaki, the PiS MEP and politician of Solidarity Poland, in the TVP Info program.
They believe that sooner or later they will get along with the Germans, as they have for hundreds of years. That’s why the Nord Stream is not expanded
– added.
What are the Germans playing?
At the same time, the MEP drew attention to Germany’s attitude.
I know they’re just waiting, looking for justifications, they say it’s not the Russians, it’s Putin’s. They’re looking for excuses to go back to work
– he noted.
I know what they don’t want. (…) They do not want a strong and independent Poland, let alone Poland, which would rebuild alliances under the map of the First Polish Republic. This is what they are most afraid of! (…) They know it will be a serious problem for them
– said the MP from PiS.
The politician pointed to the disastrous consequences of the cooperation between Berlin and Moscow.
No matter how many times Germany and Russia got along over our heads, there were politicians who represented German interests, as well as wars, rapes and incredible economic crises. Unfortunately we have a very long tradition of Targowica in Poland. I don’t mind speaking German. I understand that English is the language of diplomacy. Why does Mrs. Róża Thun speak German, act like the Germans wanted it every time?
– He asked.
In order for Poland to achieve its ambitious goals, it must have politicians who think in Polish. (…) In Poland we simplify the debate: you are for or against the EU. However, there is no question: what kind of EU are you for?
– Jak emphasized.
He is reading the map of Poland
He recalled that Poland has repeatedly been on the side of good, while Germany and Russia participated in starting the criminal war machine. Nevertheless, some Western circles try to portray Poland as a country with an ‘inferior culture’ – both state and legal.
When they tell us that this is a worse culture, we have to say STOP every time, and to Polish politicians who say that the Polish culture and tradition is worse – stop it and goodbye!
– said the politician of Solidarity Poland.
