After the scandal surrounding the extinguishing of the Hanukkah menorah and the attack on a participant in the ceremony, people associated with Grzegorz Braun quickly organized a series of financial collections for the Southern politician.
After many reports that the collection violated the rules of this form of fundraising, the portal zrzutka.pl issued a statement:
Since yesterday, numerous debt collections “for MP Grzegorz Braun” have been the subject of an in-depth analysis by our legal team. In accordance with our regulations: Since yesterday, numerous debt collections “for MP Grzegorz Braun” have been the subject of an in-depth analysis by our legal team. According to our regulations: “It is unacceptable to organize fundraisers related to praising, supporting or promoting hatred, violence, discrimination, terrorism, fascism or other totalitarian systems, publicly glorifying crimes or offenses or violating personal privacy rights of third parties.” The context of organizing all the above-mentioned collections created, in the opinion of our legal team, a risk of violation of the above-mentioned fragment of the regulations and could, in this specific case, very likely lead to a violation of the law in force. in Poland.
The management of the portal stated that the previous collections for the politician of the Confederation have been closed, the money will be returned to the donors and the next ones will also be deleted.

Mysterious foundation
Within a few tens of minutes, tens of thousands of zlotys appeared in the collection, often money of unknown origin, but removing them from the Zrzutka portal could not stop the fundraising campaign.
The Osuchowa Foundation, active since 2015 and still linked to Grzegorz Braun, is not the first time it has raised money using the MP’s political activities. Our journalist Jakub Maciejewski, who was sued by Braun for commenting on the MP’s public statements, was also asked to pay money to this foundation. Anna Kubala, who presents herself as a legal advisor, is promoting this collection on social media and has already publicly supported the politician. The founder of the Osuchowa Foundation was Grzegorz Braun himself, and its president is Włodzimierz Skalik, an entrepreneur and… MP of the Confederation. Grzegorz Braun’s wife, Aleksandra, is also a member of the Foundation’s authorities.
The proverb that everything (here: money) remains in the family finds its proper place here.
