Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk mistakenly called Moldovan parliamentarians “demons”. This was reported on the publication’s Telegram channel “Sputnik.Moldova”.
As stated in the document, the incident occurred during the Ukrainian legislator’s trip to Chisinau. During a meeting with local MPs, Stefanchuk mistakenly used the word draci, meaning “demons”, instead of dragi. The latter means “beloved beings,” the publication says.

“I am sure that the European project would not be completed and successful without Ukraine and Moldova,” Stefanchuk emphasized.
