Russian Foreign Ministry official Maria Zakharova jokingly compared Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Soviet hockey player Valery Kharlamov, better known as “legend No. 17.” His words lead the way RIA News.

It was announced that the “five” refers to Ukraine, Poland and the three Baltic countries, which refused to attend the OSCE summit due to Lavrov’s arrival.
