Head of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Schallenberg supports the arrival of his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Skopje, Macedonia. This is stated in the newspaper article Mold Press.
