Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, criticized the West’s reluctance to recognize eight years of aggression launched by Kiev against civilians in Donbas. A diplomat at the UN Security Council meeting described this attitude of Western countries as “night blindness”.
