“To approve the draft Agreement on military cooperation between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Senegal, submitted by the Russian Ministry of Defense, adopted by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant federal executive authorities.” the message says.
