Joanna Staniszkis spoke about the parliamentary elections in Poland. The Warsaw councilor spoke about her mother’s health condition.
The daughter of Jadwiga Staniszkis explained why she had not decided to run for election from the lists of the Civic Coalition.
I had no desire to run for the Sejm, even if I could. I don’t think I would really fit into this environment. Plus, Warsaw’s list was tough. I prefer to teach mathematics and pursue my personal life
– said Staniszkis in an interview with “Wprost”.
The state of health of Jadwiga Staniszkis
The Warsaw councilor also spoke about her mother’s health condition. Joanna also argued that Jadwiga would be satisfied with the election results.
She is seriously ill and suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, so contact with her is very difficult, she cannot talk. For me this is an unpleasant subject. As for her opinion, I have a hard time answering that question. I think she would be happy that the winds of change were blowing
– she said.
