Judge Łukasz Piebiak, former Deputy Minister of Justice, today commented in bitter words on the new offensive of the judicial ‘caste’, which, taking advantage of its alliance with Donald Tusk, wants to dismantle the constitutional bodies of the state and openly calls for anarchy.

The last years of the activities of “Iustitia” have accustomed us to the fact that something once unimaginable, the active political activity of judges, has become a daily event for its members. (…). When I see Krystian Markiewicz in the TVN24 studio, who says that “we have been waiting for this moment for several years”, we get the impression that we do not see judges, but lackeys, and they should be called that.
– said judge Łukasz Piebiak.
Crime and revenge?
Judge Piebiak also referred to the call of “caste” judges, which puts unnecessary pressure on the President of the Republic of Poland and is a political manifesto, and not a document of judges’ associations.
In Poland this no longer surprises anyone, partly because we tolerated such speeches. We remember the infamous words of judge Irena Kamińska, who argued that she “wants revenge.” Now some judges of ‘Iustitia’ claim that they want political revenge and ask politicians to take revenge on the judges who dared to work differently
– noted judge Łukasz Piebiak.
We see scandalous things from “Iustitia”. Its representatives claim that they will repeal laws through resolutions and in this way take control of the National Council of the Judiciary, the Constitutional Court, etc. In addition to all the absurdity associated with this idea, I would like to draw attention draw attention to one more problem. This is incitement to commit a crime. There are explanations that exhaust what can be found in the Criminal Code. So there is an art. 255 in connection with art. 190, that is, publicly inciting the harassment of other people. There is also an Article 128, which states in the first paragraph that “whoever, in order to depose by force any constitutional authority of the Republic of Poland, undertakes activities directly aimed at achieving this purpose, shall be subjected to a prison sentence of 3 to 20 years”
– said judge Łukasz Piebiak.
A judge calling for crime? Can we imagine such a thing? And on the largest televisions?
– asked the former Deputy Minister of Justice.
