“Comprehensive partnership and interaction relations between Russia and China have reached an unprecedented level and continue to strengthen. “Our cooperation is based on the traditions of good neighborliness and the principles of equality and mutual respect,” he said.
According to him, he and his colleague Qiang fulfilled the decisions of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping on cooperation between countries until 2030.
