Opposition politicians picked up on the ‘revelations’ of Paweł Wojtunik, who recently spoke in the program ‘Fakty po Faktach’ on TVN24 about the alleged wiretapping against representatives of opposition groups. “I would say again today what I said yesterday in @faktypofaktach, because it is my civic duty,” the former head of the CBA wrote today on the X platform. Maciej Wąsik, State Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration, responded on the issue.
Wojtunik talks about “eavesdropping”
In “Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24, former head of the CBA Paweł Wojtunik said yesterday that he had received information from various sources about a meeting at the CBA training and conference center in Lucień (Mazovia), during which decisions would be made are made about the massive use of operational control against representatives of opposition groups. The wiretapping would last five days — which under law could happen without judicial oversight, only with the consent of the attorney general.
These reports were strongly denied by the Government Plenipotentiary for the Security of the Information Space of the Republic of Poland, Stanisław Żaryn.
Your nonsense is being repeated by politicians and the media. Please stop lying. The services operate in accordance with the law
– wrote on the X platform.

“Shredders or file burning won’t save you.”
The case continues. Politicians and opposition authorities happily picked up on Wojtunik’s ‘revelations’:
Wojtunik @PawelWojtunik doesn’t ask questions he doesn’t know the answer to. If he asks. He knows
@PawelWojtunik’s questions in @faktypofaktach are shocking. There are many indications that the CBA political police took illegal actions against us, politicians from the Third Droga, five minutes before the elections. Shredders or file burning won’t save you
Paweł Wojtunik: Two weeks before the elections, the management of the services in Poland decided to wiretap the opposition en masse during a briefing in Lucień. The so-called wiretapping for five days, as this does not require court permission. If the information is confirmed, we have a conspiracy against the state
Paweł Wojtunik is one of the bravest and fairest people I have had the pleasure of working with.
According to information obtained by @PawelWojtunik – two days before the @CBAGovPL elections, during a management briefing at the center in Lucień, surveillance of opposition party politicians was planned to influence the election results‼️‼️‼️ The Attorney General accepted the CBA’s requests for operational inspections?
“He was tasked with preparing for the liquidation of the CBA.
In the meantime, Paweł Wojtunik has posted another message.
What I said yesterday in @faktypofaktach, I would say again today, because it is my civic duty. Now it is time for the defense mechanisms of the state and democracy to work…
– emphasized the former head of the CBA.
Maciej Wąsik, State Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration, commented on Wojtunik’s statement. His entry into the X platform somehow sheds new light on the matter.
Wojtunik, former head of the CBA, was tasked with preparing for the liquidation of the CBA. Wojtunik lies like Tusk
