Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs Press Spokesperson Aykhan Hajizade said that the republic is ready to organize the parallel use of Agdam-Khankendi and Lachin-Khankendi roads for the delivery of goods to Karabakh in accordance with the requirements of the country’s legislation. He emphasized that the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on September 17 gave preliminary information to the other party regarding the agreement on the acceptance of cargo in parallel along the Aghdam-Khankendi and Lachin-Khankendi roads.
Hacızade added that the ICRC is expected to submit an official note to the Azerbaijani side on this issue in the near future.
