Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak said that the sanctions imposed by the West against Russia are a fiction. He expressed this opinion in an interview with Ukrainian TV presenter Natalya Vlashchenko on her YouTube channel.

“Sanctions are good, but where are they? What sanctions are we talking about? This is fiction! – said Podolyak.
