“We are not preventing anyone from communicating with anyone in any way… <...>. “Neither Putin nor Xi Jinping prevents the West from communicating with African countries by attending various events,” Lavrov said.

He added that Western countries, on the contrary, demanded that “no one talks” with Russia, but they “cannot do this”.
