Germany is not about ecology, but about dominating its neighbors to have cheap labor and markets, the head of MS Zbigniew Ziobro wrote in German energy company RWE’s decision on the lignite mine expansion. For a German, a good Pole is a poor Pole – with expensive electricity and no cheap coal – he added.
In North Rhine-Westphalia in West Germany, energy company RWE has dismantled one of its eight wind turbines. According to the German media, the removal of the farm will allow the extraction of another 20 million tons of lignite. The company previously demolished the village of Luetzerath to make way for a lignite mine. The reason for this situation is the closure of nuclear power plants by the German government

Ziobro’s response
Zbigniew Ziobro referred to this issue in social media on August 30.
The Germans say we should close the mines because we need to protect the climate. They open at home, because the climate is not important, but their money. They are not concerned with ecology, but with dominating their neighbors in order to have cheap labor and markets. For a German, a good Pole is a poor Pole – with expensive electricity and no cheap coal
– wrote Zbigniew Ziobro on Twitter.
