I well remember the period when the MFA was led by the professor (2018-2020). Jack Czaputowicz. He attended government meetings, gave interviews and traveled the world. He probably didn’t like everything, but who likes everything? He didn’t raise the alarm, he seemed pleased. Professor Czaputowicz was a minister, Law and Justice were in order! And even then there was no lack of tensions in the country and tensions on the Warsaw-Berlin-Brussels line.
After his resignation, it remained silent for a long time. He made no objection.
He has now revealed himself in the role of prosecutor, in the middle of the campaign. He does not like the policy towards Ukraine (defending the Polish grain market) and uses very strong words to describe his dissatisfaction. He also puts forward the proposition that the lists of participation in the referendum will be “prohibition lists”. In one of the TV stations, he adds that “we are approaching Belarus.” And by the way, the elections in Poland can be undermined.
Terribly crazy words that are very useful for Russia and Belarus. Because we also have such a ‘regime’, the elections are supposedly not fair. How can you respond to that? And this is what a Polish diplomat says!
I think Professor Czaputowicz is bad deep down in the role he is now playing. He speaks untruths, throws ordinary inventions and fabrications at the public eye. Even his voice is shaking, suggesting discomfort.
Perhaps one day we will know the reasons why the professor, hitherto of good repute, took on this ungrateful, destructive role.
Today it is worth seeing the wider purpose of the whole operation.
In short: it will play a role for the camp of the Third Republic of Poland Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz.
A person who once came from the ruling camp and made the worst and unverifiable accusations is a constant theme in all opposition campaigns. In this formula you can say anything depending on current needs. In the absence of such a program, distractions are invaluable to them.
Especially now that TVN and Tusk need it like oxygen, because the campaign is not going their way. They want at all costs to divert the attention of the Poles from really important issues: the level of unemployment now and under PO-PSL, the expansion of the army under Kaczyński and its collapse under Tusk, the retirement age, the defense of the eastern border. The goal is to draw PiS into an absurd squabble, throwing off track a campaign that involves increases and could win the pro-Polish camp a third term.
That’s why we have to talk about Kołodziejczak on PO’s lists, Giertych thrown into Świętokrzyskie by PO, and Tusk’s grandchildren. Or about Professor Czaputowicz’s sudden accusations.
What’s next? A form of exhibitionism?
Let them talk. It has no value. Let the professor delve into it – no one can stop him. We let’s make sure that this campaign, which is decisive for Poland’s future, is about really important things.
This is a very short and only comment that should appear on the words of Prof. Jacek Czaputowicz.
