Emphasizing that Bobrov is no longer in Kazakhstan and does not work in the country, Erdogan said, “He has completed his diplomatic mission.”
Earlier, Bobrov claimed that the number of schools and classes teaching Russian in Kazakhstan was decreasing, and that the subject of “Russian language” was removed from the curriculum for first-year Kazakh-taught students.
