This is another proof that this is a completely programless party, because it actually creates such a collection of haters on its list, whose only program is the fight against PiS – reviewed Monday on Polish Radio 24 the deputy head of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Jarosław Sellin, when asked about Roman Giertych’s run for the Sejm from the KO list.
On Sunday, during a meeting with the citizens of Sopot, the chairman of the Civic Platform, Donald Tusk, announced that on the list of the Civic Coalition the Sejm in Świętokrzyskie province Roman Giertych will start from the last position. Tusk also addressed the deputy prime minister, PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński, saying:
So that you don’t feel lonely, that you feel a little better – and I’m doing this just for you, Jarosław Kaczyński – I’ll put your Deputy Prime Minister Roman Giertych last on this list, on our list.
Jarosław Sellin, who was asked on Monday on Polish Radio 24 about the start of Jarosław Kaczyński from the PiS list in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, replied that in a few days we will know who and where he will start, because until September 6 there is time to register the lists and all candidates.
I know that President Kaczyński made such a statement at one of the public meetings that this is a seriously considered variant that (…) he would start from a place other than Warsaw, for example from Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. But in a few days we will know 100% for sure
he pointed it out.
The deputy minister also ruled that the exposure of Roman Giertych by the KO is “another personal harassment”.
This is another proof that this party is completely without a program because it actually creates such a bunch of haters on its list whose only program is to fight PiS and they are incapable of presenting a positive program.
Sellin noted.
He said he didn’t know what politicians with “very left-wing sensibility” like Barbara Nowacka and people like Roman Giertych or Agrounia leader Michał Kołodziejczak had in common on one list.
It’s not about any program, it’s not about an offer to Poland, it’s about increasing emotions even more, turning people against us even more
he pointed it out.
According to the deputy minister, it is worth asking about Roman Giertych’s current views on the possibility of aborting a pregnancy up to twelve weeks. As Donald Tusk pointed out a few months ago, in response to questions from young people, he has “firmly stated that he would not list anyone in this election” who opposes abortion up to 12 weeks.
