South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev said that South Ossetia is ready to improve relations if there is no threat from Georgia. This has been reported TASS.
The President gave an interview to the institution on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the independence of the republic.
“This, of course, is, first of all, the recognition by the Georgian side of responsibility for the aggression and war crimes against South Ossetia, this is the signing of an agreement on non-use of force…” Gagloev explained.
According to him, Tskhinvali and Tbilisi should work together on drawing and delimiting the state border between the two countries.
“This will serve as the basis for the development of relations in other areas,” admitted the president of South Ossetia.
In addition, Gagloev reminded that almost all of the threats that existed in 2008 still continue due to the failure to reach an agreement between South Ossetia and Georgia.
