On Thursday, the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk ruled on a counterclaim in the trial against Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska with Hans G.
It was a re-examination of the case settled by the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk dated March 4, 2020, which was partially overturned by the Supreme Court judgment dated March 7 this year. and in this regard the case was referred for re-examination to the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk.

Outrageous behavior of Hans G. towards employees
Hans G.’s behavior was revealed in 2016 by a former employee of his company in Dębogórze near the Tri-City. Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska (wife of Kacper Płażyński from PiS) presented to the media tapes in which the German says he is a Nazi, insults Poland and declares willing to kill them.
The Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, which ruled on the partially overturned verdict on Thursday, decided that Nitek-Płażyńska should not apologize to Hans G, and that her former employer should apologize at the company’s headquarters and pay 50,000 . PLN compensation.
