Ukraine’s parliament has decided to set up an interim investigative commission to investigate tender violations during martial law. This was announced on the Telegram channel by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
“The parliament has created an ad hoc commission of inquiry to investigate possible violations of Ukrainian legislation in the implementation of public procurement during martial law. – for 271,” said Zheleznyak.
