by publication “Kommersant”The Moscow Savelovsky Court decided to transfer to the state the property complex in Moscow, which previously belonged to the aircraft manufacturing company RSK MiG JSC and was stolen from it.
This real estate complex consists of three buildings located on the street. In addition to Polikarpova, 27 years old, she has a land of 22 thousand square meters. m. The Attorney General’s Office requested the expropriation of this property. According to the department, this property was controlled by the companies Liberta-Investment LLC and Polikarpova-Invest LLC, as well as by two citizens, Alexei Ozerov and Yegor Noskov.
Alexey Ozerov previously served as the CEO of OAO MiG-Rost (a subsidiary of MiG), and Yegor Noskov was the former vice president of Tupolev PJSC. In 2019, Ozerov was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for real estate fraud in the amount of 800 million rubles, and Noskov was sentenced to eight years in prison.
According to the newspaper, both convicts, Ozerov and Noskov, are on execution, but the Prosecutor General’s Office claims that they still use real estate and enrich themselves illegally. The prosecutor’s office estimated the rental income of 2.3 billion rubles. and demanded that this amount be paid to the state. The court accepted this request.
The court decision states that in 2004, Ozerov and Noskov recruited executive candidates, formed several companies and carried out a series of unprofitable real estate transactions. As a result, three buildings became the property of the Liberta-Investment company, office space was rented, and cafes, restaurants, car services, shops and a clinic for the treatment of alcoholism were opened on the ground floors. Then the company Polikarpova-Invest bought a plot for the construction of the building and, according to the court, “the criminal plan was completed”.
The court rejected the defendants’ claims that the prosecution’s office was out of time, saying that the time they claimed could not be used to legalize unlawfully acquired property. Ozerov and Noskov appealed against the court’s decision.
Previously in the State Duma suggested prohibiting the granting of loans to foreign agents.
