A 24-year-old activist from Poznań was sentenced to three years in prison for stealing a rainbow bag. The Attorney General, Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro granted the request for Marika’s sentence to be suspended and announced that she would file an extraordinary complaint with the Supreme Court. Internet users do not hide their outrage and point out that Katarzyna Augustynek, known as Grandma Kasia, was still not responsible for her hooligan excesses.
A young activist in prison
Let us remind you that Minister Zbigniew Ziobro announced that he had accepted the request for a break in the sentence of Marika, who had spent a year in prison so far. As he added, “the girl was released and is now awaiting the president’s decision on pardon.”
The act for which the girl was convicted took place in August 2020 in Poznań, when a manifestation of LGBT organizations took place. According to the Ordo Iuris Institute, which acts in defense of the convicted, “In a gesture of defiance against the promotion of far-left ideologies, Marika, along with three other people, tried to get hold of a bag with the logo of the LGBT community. movement of a woman; she was subsequently charged with alleged attempted robbery, for which the court sentenced her to three years in prison.’
According to the Attorney General, “The ruling in the Marika case stands in stark contrast to the court’s treatment of representatives of LGBT activists and left-wing circles who are guilty of aggressive behaviour, assaults, beatings and are usually acquitted or symbolically convicted.” At the same time, Ziobro pointed out that when he finds out about “public abuses and violations of the law” – he reacts and that will be the case here as well. Ziobro announced that an extraordinary complaint would be filed with the Supreme Court and that personnel decisions would be made regarding the prosecution and he also announced the consequences for the court.

Grandma Kasia’s antics with impunity
Twitter users wonder how it is possible that Marika was sentenced to 3 years in prison for stealing a rainbow bag, and that Katarzyna Augustynek, grandmother Kasia, known for her hooligan jokes, did not face the consequences of her behavior . They also resemble the actions of the LGBT activist Michał Szutowicz.

If you can get a 3 year prison sentence for snatching a bag, how much should you get for hitting someone with a stick?
– the internet user “Brat Chief” wondered.
Maybe I’ll explain, because rainbow-filled brains don’t seem to understand. Marika is not allowed to take a bag from anyone. No one has the right to take anything from anyone. But three years in prison is a bandit of an extraordinary caste, especially fierce against carrying aggressive granny Kasia on her hands
– emphasized Cezary Krysztop.
Since Marika received 3 years in prison for tearing up the LGBT bag, do I understand that Margot, i.e. Michał Szutowicz and his gang, is serving a 25-year prison sentence for this action on the street? Do bizarre caste statements only work one way? It’s a rhetorical question.
Well, for attacks on churches, were there also brutal prisons for the violent actions of “Grandma Kasia”? There was no acquittal or compensation. So in Marika’s case, there should be hinges at most, if someone did indeed help her land on this handbag.
Another Internet user recalled how “grandma” Kasia – Katarzyna Augustynek behaves.
