Donald Tusk has already shot two spots in which he scares Poland with foreigners legally working in Poland, and a few years earlier, as President of the European Council, he threatened the Polish government that if it did not accept illegal immigrants, they would have to pay up to €250,000 to the EU budget.
V$ countries betrayed by the Kopacz government
The government of Ewa Kopacz, who betrayed the other countries of the Visegrad group (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary), decided in autumn 2015 to support the mandatory segregation of illegal immigrants proposed by the European Commission.
The countries of the Visegrad group decided to block this solution, but under pressure from Tusk as President of the European Council, then Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz broke her word to the other countries of this group and supported the solution pushed by the European Commission. .
Only the takeover of power in Poland by the United Right led to a return to the previous agreements within the Visegrad group and the debates at the European Council, which lasted more than 2 years, led to a change – in June 2018, the conclusions stated that this chapter should be voluntary.
Letter found in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration
However, it appears that the government of Ewa Kopacz not only agreed in Brussels to the introduction of a mandatory system for the distribution of illegal immigrants, but also made intensive preparations in the autumn of 2015 to quickly integrate them into our country.
Well, yesterday Prime Minister Mateusz Morawicki, during an interview on Radio Trójka, informed the public that a letter addressed to 16 voivodes, signed by the then Minister Andrzej Halicki, had been found in the Ministry of the Interior demanding information about centers in their area where immigrants can be accommodated and to check whether they meet the conditions for a long stay.
In any case, at the request of the then parliamentary club of Law and Justice, Minister Halicki appeared at the session of the Sejm on October 8, 2015 and answered questions from deputies on this issue under current affairs.
Let us remind you that at the time the European Commission wanted to distribute about 66,000 immigrants, of which Poland would accept about 7,000, in the second phase it would distribute more than 60,000 more immigrants, with a similar “pool” of immigrants for our country.
The credibility of the PO and its chairman, Donald Tusk, on the issue of immigrants after its recent abrupt transformation mentioned above is literally zero.
Tusk’s actions
Already presiding over the European Council, at the end of 2015 he forced his fellow party member and then Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz to betray the Visegrad group and agree to the mandatory segregation of illegal immigrants.
After the government of Law and Justice took power and declared firmly that Poland would not participate in the mechanism of this separation, he, as President of the European Council, as I said, threatened the new government with fines of PLN 200,000. euros for each non-accepted immigrant.
Finally, when “after finishing his career” in Europe he was sent to our country to “put PiS out of power”, and the Belarusian-Polish border was stormed by immigrants brought from all over the world by the services of Putin and Lukashenko as part of a hybrid war, he claimed that “these are the poor people who are looking for a better life and they need to be helped.”
When the United Right government decided to build a wall on this border, it scoffed that “we still have to run electricity through this fence” and “that this wall will not be built for a year, not even for 3 years” .
Now he is trying to scare Poles with foreigners legally working in Poland by equating them with illegal immigrants, whom the current government is unwilling to accept despite pressure from Brussels, including especially Tusk’s successor as president of the European People’s Party, Manfred Weber.
Anyway, Tusk’s German colleagues have no doubts, they say publicly that if the PO comes back to power, Poland will accept the new mandatory system for the distribution of illegal immigrants established by Brussels.
