Ewa Wanat, former editor-in-chief of TOK FM radio, said in an interview with the Gazeta.pl portal, among other things: about what she likes in Poland. It turns out that, according to her, Poland is a more digitized country than Germany.
These are the things I appreciated when I lived in Berlin: digitization, e.g. the e-Citizen platform, a trusted profile, where almost all official matters can be handled in one place with a few clicks. This is an incredible simplification and minimization of a stressful clash with bureaucracy
she noted Eva Wanat.
“In Germany, many matters are handled personally.”
When I tell the Germans that such a system exists in Poland, they cannot believe it. In Germany many things are handled personally, postmen carry tons of papers back and forth, many things can’t even be done by email. And the e-prescription – the response is disbelief. But how? SMS code? And all pharmacies have it right away? In the system? In which system? WTF system?
– she said.
As you can see, even the former editor-in-chief of TOK FM radio can appreciate how the Polish state has developed in recent years in terms of digitization.
